If the passenger gets a ticket in any other train under this scheme then he can not travel again in that train whose ticket he had booked. Sometimes it may happen that there is a change in the optional train in which the ticket is received. However this happens in very short cases.
Refund can also be a claim
Passengers should confirm that once the chart has been created on the optional train ticket, once again confirm your seat and coach with your PNR. If the passenger does not travel after getting the seat in the second train, then he can claim a refund via TDR. Trains selected under the option plan can not be changed later.
